Healing Arts Practioner
A daily practice of mild yoga postures combined with intentional and mindful breathwork helps us heal and find our sense of well being and balance

Gretchan is a reiki certified yogi practitioner. She quietly offers private and semi-private sessions combining Yoga, breathwork, Reiki, Mindful Meditations at Chiropractic Southeast.
Goddess Class
Every first Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at Chiropractic Southeast.
We practice very mild yoga, breath work, postures, reiki, intentions and some nights combine the arts too! It is a great way to introduce these modalities into your life and empower yourself.
Classes are free and open to beginners. Donations are kindly accepted all proceeds go to the Lulu Foundation.
